Friday Fancies

This morning, as I was waking up, I could hear the "click, click" of the heater...FINALLY! As I looked out the window, I could see why the management finally broke down and turned it on: all the cars out in the street have a good layer of frost.

So this week I finally started going to the gym again, after having skipped out on it for nearly a month. I really want to take it slow this time. I only went twice this week and I'm thinking of just going twice next week too. I'm also not trying to push my heart rate to 170 like I did before...just trying to take it easy, even though yesterday I managed to get to 150 or so without even really trying.
