(no subject)

I know I haven't written in a while, even though I resolved to write every day (or at least almost every day). And I haven't worked the scarf that I'm knitting for a few days either. I don't know why it's been hard to keep my motivation up with things I want to do. And I haven't written about my birthday either...now it seems silly of me to write about it over a week later.
( I'm gonna write about it anyway! )

So...what else? It seems that while I'm a work, I come up with all sorts of witty things to write about on LJ but now that I actually have time to write something...I can't think of anything or what I previously thought of sounds stupid. And no, I don't want to post entries while I'm at work...I just don't feel comfortable doing that.
What else? Hehe...my Christmas plans...they seem to keep changing by the day...I was going to go to Texas but then I wasn't...and now I am...[I won't go into it but basically, Sister M and I bought a ticket but then my mother decided she wasn't gonna go but then she decided she was...arrrgghh] This issue has caused me a lot of strife. At this point, I think things will be ok...but who knows as things may change tomorrow...
Anywayz, that's all I gotta say...Keep it real...keep it cool...and all that jazz :-P

LJ-related stuff....

I just noticed that LJ now allows you to indicate whether your entry contains adult content...How long has this been up for? As for me, my LJ entries don't really have much "adult content" on them...unless "adult content" includes "adult responsibilities" which I don't even talk about that much either...it's so boring anyway ;-)
EDIT: intothebluagain, you and your friend are right, it's a result of the "changeover". Here is a link explaining the new system if you care to read it. Apparently, the policy is still very "in progress"

Also, it was not an easy decision to make, but I will not be renewing my paid account at this time. I love having a paid account, but right now my money situation is a bit tight, especially with the plane ticket purchase that I made...However, once I get myself squared away, I will definitely consider getting it again in a few months. So yeah, no more fun LJ-themes or awesome mood icons...but hopefully they'll be back on my LJ before long!
