I've been gradually switching out my icons, too--some of them were from fandoms I haven't been in for a long time, and others don't feel right anymore.
There's a large overlap between Mastodon and DW usership in my circle, too! I've been having people subscribing to my DW through Mastodon. Not so much the other way around, maybe because I don't promote my Mastodon toots on DW like I do my DW posts on Masto. Others seem to be using their accounts similarly.
