One more day...

Yesterday, on coming home, I got a package in the mail that was an early birthday present for me from N.G.'s parents. It was really nice of them! The package included a nice, sturdy scarf, a wooden bookmark, an appointment calendar with pictures of New Zealand, and two small plates (perfect for soy sauce or small amounts of condiments) with a picture of a "pukeko" bird. I emailed them right away to let them know I got it.

So tomorrow I will be leaving early (hopefully) to go back home for a few days for Thanksgiving vacation.
God I need this.

Anyway, if I am not on LJ while I'm home (and I probably will), I hope everyone has a restful and enjoyable holiday!
