What is your favorite go-to pasta dish?
Whenever I want a quick meal and don't want to spend the money on eating out, I usually heat about half a jar of spaghetti sauce, or in a pinch, a can of diced tomatoes, and add some frozen peas and corn. And if I'm using diced tomatoes, I usually add some oregano and maybe garlic and onions. I put that over whatever kind of pasta I have in handy. For a while it was usually shells but lately I've become partial to bow-tie pasta (farfalle). When I have the time, I make spaghetti and top it with vodka sauce with ground beef, zucchini, and mushrooms mixed in.
